The Perils of Pauline was directed by Louis J. Gasnier. It was also recut in France for a release in 28mm. It was selected to be part of the National Film Registry. The movie was revived by Universal Studios in 1967 as an updated comedy. Paramount Pictures also reissued the movie in 1947 as an Betty Hutton vehicle.

The story of the film is based on the death of Pauline's uncle and leaves Pauline with one million dollars. She plans to travel in the coming year before she is married. "Into the Deep" is a decent episode However, it doesn't live up to Season 2's promise. The main story is quite excellent. However, Emma's attitude is a bit self-centered to be real. Is she the only one with the ability to see light?

I'm sure Emma is delighted to be free of Hook but I can't think she'll ever get over her love for Hook. She's tempted to flee to New York, but she's terrified of love and happiness. She's convinced that Killian has left due to her fear. Is it worth the risk?

It is revealed that Emma's family was keeping things from her. She returns home to discover that someone left her the magical canonizing ring which prevents people from being magically cursed. However, she also discovers a knife hidden within.

The episode is pretty good, but I'm not sure that the novelty is worth the effort. This episode is not for Web you if you are only interested in the fabled Hat Trick.
